Online  Permis d'exploitation course

Target Audience : This course is intended for all individuals considering establishing or taking over an establishment with a license for the sale of alcohol (type 3 or 4 license) or a license for catering (small or large catering).

Prerequisites : The camera must be enabled throughout the course, a stable internet connection is necessary, and the participant must be in a quiet environment.

Conditions : To participate in the permis d’exploitation course, you must :

-Have a good command of the English language,

-Have the following equipment : a computer (compatible with PC, Mac, or Linux) equipped with a webcam, a microphone (preferably a headset or speaker), a tablet, or a smartphone.

You must also install the Zoom software, with minimum requirements of Windows 7, MacOS X10, or Ubuntu 12.04. For more details on the required configurations, please refer to the following link : "Joining a Zoom Meeting"

The permis d’exploitation course will enable you to acquire knowledge and anticipate risks. During this course, you will have the opportunity to :

- Understand the implications of regulations and their consequences on legal responsibility, both civil and criminal.

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the duties incumbent upon the operator of an alcohol-selling establishment, particularly regarding signage, terrace layout, and video surveillance.

- Understand the issues related to public health, especially concerning alcohol consumption, tobacco, and narcotics.

5. Various Obligations : - Fire safety

- Discrimination
- Audiovisual royalties
- Opening hours
- Health and social obligations (types of contracts, recruitment, mandatory displays, occupational hazard prevention...)
- Specific municipal and prefectural orders (noise, opening restrictions...)

- Trainees are welcomed into a virtual classroom where we utilize the Zoom video conferencing software.
