Who can benefit from this course ?

Targeted audience: Any person who ran or currently run a bar, a restaurant or any other establishment with licence 3, 4, petite licence restaurant or restaurant during 10 years an more.

Requirements : Keep the camera on during the course, ensure a stable internet connection, and find a peaceful environment for effective learning.

Prerequisites : For the permis d’exploitation Expert course session:

-A strong grasp of the English language is essential.

-Equipment: Computer (PC, Mac, or Linux) equipped with a camera and microphone (headset recommended), or tablet/smartphone.

Deadlines and terms of access to training

Access times :

Registration for the course is possible until 2 p.m. the day before the course, depending on places available.

Access terms :

As soon as you register, you will receive an email with your invoice if applicable, and the information that you will receive your agreement 7 days before the course. This agreement gives you all the details about the course (schedules, access to questionnaires, Zoom link). You will have to complete the necessary questionnaires before the start of the course. Then, you will receive a reminder the day before the course begins.

Course and evaluation methods

*You join a virtual class via Zoom videoconferencing software.

*Course materials are made available to you and shared throughout the session.

*You will carry out concrete case studies for an in-depth understanding of the concepts.

*You also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge through role-playing exercises.

Assessment and conditions for success

The success criteria for obtaining the permis d'exploitation are:

1.Diligent attendance at the two half-days of course.


2.Presentation of an official document to prove your identity.


3.A score of at least 80% on the final quiz. If your score is lower, you will have the opportunity to retake it. If the score remains below 80%, a trainer will contact you to check your understanding of the fundamental concepts.

Follow the expert permis d’exploitation course in videoconference by Zoom. Join the course from any place in the World, in your home as well as in your office.

What is the format of the permis d’exploitation Expert course ?

The course for the permis d’exploitation is facilitated through the ZOOM software.

Standards stipulate that two trainers must be present and available for interaction throughout the course for any training entity.

Typically, our sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays, but modifications may be made to accommodate public holidays.

What is the duration of the permis d’exploitation Expert ?

The course spans a full day of 8 hours : a morning session from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by an afternoon session from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

For those not managing table hosting, who have not previously attended this training, or who cannot demonstrate 10 years of experience in the bar or restaurant industry, the initial operating permit training (over 2 and a half days) is mandatory.

Is the permis d’exploitation Expert course officially recognized ?

 Indeed, this course is fully compliant with the law.

The order dated September 21, 2020, validates the organization of the training leading to the operating permit through a remote method, particularly through digital sessions. According to this regulation, it is mandatory for the training to be conducted by two facilitators: a legal expert and a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry.

However, be wary of some of our competitors who offer sessions with only one instructor, thus deviating from the current standards.

What are the funding options for my course ?

Please note that the training being offered is not eligible for financing through the CPF, and this also applies to all other organizations.

However, various financing means exist depending on your professional profile. For instance, if you are a job seeker, Pôle Emploi might be a viable option, or alternatively, certain OPCOs might provide tailored solutions based on your status.

If an unforeseen circumstance arises, can I postpone my course ?

You are allowed to reschedule your course once within a period not exceeding 5 weeks from your initial registration.

Please make sure to submit your request at least seven days before the training commences. Only situations of force majeure permit cancellations. If you find yourself in such a situation, please send us a written notification justifying your decision, and we will arrange for a refund.

How do I know if the organization is reliable ?

Each training center is required to have an official certification. We were granted this certification by the Ministry of the Interior in January 2016.

Subsequently, it was renewed by the Haute-Garonne Prefecture on January 4, 2021.
