The objective is not only to understand the rules, but to apply them directly to your establishment.

With trainer guidance, you validate your approach and ensure it complies with French standards.

Full attendance during the two training days is required
You must actively participate in practical exercises
You must pass a final multiple-choice test
Your official HACCP certificate is issued at the end of the course.
Unlike the Permis d’Exploitation, the HACCP certificate does not expire.
Registration is possible until the day before the course, subject to availability.
