Online permis d’exploitation course in English, accredited by the State
You own or you rent a licence 4. Or you need to obtain a licence 3 or restaurant licences (petite licence restaurant, licence restaurant) . The permis d’exploitation course is mandatory from 2007.
This course is for you if you run bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, snacks, hotels, tables d’hôtes…
The permis d’exploitation last 2 days and a half. But its duration can be reduced if you have run a bar or a restaurant in France, for 10 years or more.
Your permis d’exploitation will be issued to you by our training center at the end of the course. It will be valid for 10 years. Then, you will have to renew it thanks to a 1 day course. It is valid in Metropolitan France as well as in the DOM-TOM.

At the end of your course, we will issue to your permis d’exploitation, valid for 10 ans, in accordance to the french laws.

1 day- > Valid only for :
- a permis d’exploitation renewal and for experts (+ than 10 years as bars or restaurants management in France)
- a permis for table d’hôtes, to serve alcohol to the guest lodged in you chambre d’hôte.
- Your permis d’exploitation (CERFA 14407) will be issued to you at the end of the course

2.5 days- The permis d’exploitation in English in 2 cities in France
- 2 courses a year in virtual classroom
- 21 hours course, accredited by the Ministry of Interior
- Get your permis d’exploitation at the end of the course (valid 10 years)

Co-owners- Mandatory for co-owners of SARL or SNC
- Recommended for co-owners of any other type of companies, such as SA or SAS
- Recommended for conjoint collaborateurs (spouses working in the company) and partners in certain cases
- Come back with your permis d’exploitation (CERFA 14407)

1 day- > Package including :
- permis d’exploitation course in virtual classroom : 2.5 days from Wednesday to Friday
- HACCP course in virtual classroom : the Monday before and the Monday after the Permis d’exploitation course.
